Job Purpose
This engineering role is responsible for overseeing maintenance and engineering operations while driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives in a chemical manufacturing plant. The position requires a hands-on leader who can holistically evaluate plant equipment, implement safer and more efficient processes, and build critical maintenance programs for long-term reliability. The role plays a key part in identifying and executing process improvements, leading select CapEx projects, and ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and operational efficiency across the facility.

This individual thrives in environments with strong personalities and legacy practices , effectively influencing stakeholders and leading execution of improvements. They are safety-focused, process-oriented, and committed to driving continuous improvement and automation while balancing day-to-day maintenance needs with long-term plant evolution.
