• Develop 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using CAD tools (SolidWorks).
• Lead mechanical design and build activities during concept, prototype, validation, and production phases.
• Manage component design, development, and qualification with multiple suppliers ensuring quality, cost, and delivery alignment.
• Define technical interface requirements and specifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct on-site supplier visits to oversee manufacturing process validation and production readiness.
• Drive supplier accountability by resolving DFM/DFA issues and coordinating with testing teams to maintain schedules.
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis, GD&T , and hands-on mechanical design validation.
• Generate and release part/assembly drawings and EBOMs into Agile PLM .
• Prepare engineering documentation including DFM/DFA, DFMEA, PFMEA, and work instructions.
• Independently manage mechanical projects end-to-end.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in High Voltage Electromechanical Design & Engineering .
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SolidWorks .
• Strong expertise in GD&T, tolerance stack-up, supplier coordination , and engineering documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
