Job Description – Head of Mechanical Design
Department: Engineering – Robotics & Product Development
Reports To: VP-Robotics/ CTO
Role Purpose
The Head of Mechanical Design will lead the mechanical design function at Novus Hi Tech Robotics Systemz Ltd., driving innovation and excellence in designing and developing First-of-its-Kind (FOK) robotic systems and solutions. The role demands deep expertise in conceptualizing, designing, and scaling complex mechanical systems for advanced robotics, smart mobility, and industrial automation applications. The incumbent will be responsible for building internal design capabilities, developing vendor ecosystems, and ensuring flawless design-to-manufacturing execution at scale.
