Taking full mechanical ownership products from ideation to mass production
Improving robustness and reliability through detailed root cause analysis and problem solving.
Translate product concepts into mechanical requirements, create BOMs and technical documentation
Accurate project breakdown and task estimation.
Work closely with industrial design and supply chain teams, drive the mechanical design to ensure manufacturable products with a focus on cost and assembly.
Collaborate with testing team to create test plans and define acceptance criteria to validate designs.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
3+ years experience in mechanical product design in segments such as mobile electronics, wearables or smart appliances.
Strong skills with CAD packages (preferably SolidWorks) and experience in rapid iteration and prototyping with hands-on workshop experience.
Expertise in Statistical Tolerance Analysis, DFMEA, DFM, and Injection Molding.
Experience in test stand design and production assembly jig design.
Experience working with suppliers, EMS and outsourcing partners.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing and engaging work environment.
Fluency in English. German is a plus.
Experience in acoustics or optics is a plus
