Position: Intermediate MCU Development Engineer

Job Descriptions:

Design and develop software for MCU platforms
Debug bus communication and hardware functionality
Comply with AutoSAR architecture standards
Solve technical problems during development
Write technical documentation

Job Requirements:

Must-have:

BS with 3+ years of experience, or MS with 1+ year of experience, in Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics, Electronics-Telecommunication, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Strong C/C++ programming skills; scripting experience is an advantage.
Hands-on experience in microcontroller and embedded system software development.
Experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, FlexRay, or Ethernet.
Understanding of AUTOSAR architecture and ability to work with RTE/SWC-related development tasks.
Ability to debug software issues related to bus communication, hardware interaction, and embedded functionality with the common problem solving method (8D, 5 WHY ...)
Good English communication and technical documentation skills.

Preferred:

Experience using automotive development/debugging tools.
Experience writing or maintaining technical documents.
