About The Role Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Marketing/Revenue Operations Coordinator is a key enabler of Amii’s revenue and marketing success. This role accelerates the revenue pipeline by ensuring the seamless execution of initiatives, meetings, events, reporting, and cross-team coordination. By providing strong operational, project, and logistical support across the Revenue team, the Coordinator strengthens operational excellence and connection—freeing the team to focus on strategy, relationship-building, revenue growth, and high-impact marketing campaigns.
At the heart of this role is a commitment to operational excellence across three core accountabilities. The Marketing/Revenue Operations Coordinator keeps the Revenue team moving efficiently through strong revenue operations coordination supporting meetings, tracking actions, and enabling clear cross-team communication. The role also supports the planning, execution, and reporting of events, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives that directly contribute to Amii’s partnership pipeline and brand awareness. Finally, the Coordinator ensures strong reporting, data, and systems administration by maintaining accurate CRM and marketing data, managing documents and projects, and overseeing day-to-day administrative needs such as travel bookings and expense reconciliation. Together, these accountabilities create the structure and clarity that allow the Revenue team to do its best work.
