The Marketing Specialist at Guardant Health AMEA plays a vital role in supporting the development and execution of various marketing programs for new product launch. This is a unique opportunity to create awareness and execute marketing programs that are poised to change the lives of cancer patients. In this role, you will work collaboratively across various functions such as Sales, Medical and external agencies to support a variety of programs aimed at healthcare professionals and consumers, including conference, education programs, digital marketing and more.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Development of promotional content and marketing materials including both digital assets and print collaterals for conferences, tradeshows, educational programs, and other marketing activities.
- Demand and Lead generation through virtual/physical activities and promotional campaigns.
- Create and maintain CRM/master target list of prospective customers for oncology and screening. Identify and segment potential leads and handoff leads to the sales team.
- Develop digital marketing strategies and social media platforms to educate and create awareness for healthcare professionals and consumers for oncology and screening portfolio.
- Build and provide monthly metrics report to quantify leads and measure effectiveness of campaigns, marketing activities and websites.
- Develop brand tracker, market share analysis and NPS score for oncology portfolio on a quarterly basis.
- Keep abreast of competitors activities and latest development in the field.
- Responsible for the distribution of marketing materials through various channels:- 1) coordinate the distribution of marketing assets through various channels partners; 2) manage content development (digital/physical)and approvals.
- Organize marketing activities and educational programs with societies, patient advocacy groups, insurance companies and conferences.
- Execute feedback loop plan for healthcare providers (HCP), screening centers and patients.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree - Marketing, Healthcare, Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years in consumer healthcare marketing and/or digital marketing, ideally in oncology or molecular diagnostics
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Creative, energetic self-starter and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to structure and prioritize work in a manner that best fits team needs
