Loc ation: Remote, but NYC/Westchester/NJ preferred for occasional meetups.
Overlap: Must overlap mornings EST 8am-12pm.
Engagement: Full time, minimum 40 hours/week.

We need marketing that creates attention AND converts it into growth.
You’ll work across:
B2B: Workforce AI (digital employees with a human video interface + agentic stack)
DTC: AI Jesus (PrayWithJesus.ai), AI Tutor (MyKidTutor.ai), SwipeMatch (AI dating training app), then others (AI lawyer, doctor, therapist, etc.)
This is not a “post 3x a week” job
We want a creative operator who can build the growth machine:
content + distribution + performance + retargeting + partnerships.
If you’re a status-quo drone, this will feel like chaos. If you’re creative as hell, this will feel like home.
Must be an idea person. Outside the box. Not just posts. Know how to get things noticed and viral.
What you’ll own
Narrative + positioning that makes people instantly get it
Content engine: short demo videos, social posts, landing pages, promos, hooks
Distribution: organic social, influencer plays (paid or AI-built), partnerships, cold email
Paid acquisition + retargeting (retargeting is mandatory here)
Rapid testing: weekly experiments, clear winners, kill losers fast
Build proof early: micro case studies, “before/after” stories, demo loops

Taste. You can tell what’s cringe and what converts.
Speed. You ship and iterate.
Creativity. You create angles nobody else is doing.
Performance literacy. You understand funnels, pixels, retargeting, conversion.
AI Native use of tools that work and don’t seem AI generated.
