Marketing:
Develop and execute comprehensive
marketing strategies
to increase brand awareness and drive

efforts.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue

across existing and new markets (North America, Latin America, Middle East, etc.).
Develop and maintain
relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
, including distributors, resellers, and potential corporate clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development, Engineering, etc.) to ensure client needs and requirements are met.
Track and report on
sales metrics
, forecast revenue, and ensure business growth targets are achieved.
Qualifications:
Manage and optimize
digital marketing campaigns
, including
SEO, paid ads (PPC), content marketing, and social media
.
Create and update
marketing collateral
, including case studies, product brochures, presentations, and website content.
Analyze and report on marketing KPIs
(website traffic, engagement, lead conversion) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Organize and attend industry
events, conferences, and trade shows
to showcase the company’s technology and services.
Bachelor’s degree
in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Familiar with tech startup work atmosphere and Adapt quickly to a
dynamic, high-growth environment
where priorities shift rapidly
3+ years of experience
in both
business development and marketing
, preferably in the technology or robotics sectors. Experience in startup and tech companies is a strong plus.
Proven track record of
generating leads
, closing sales, and
expanding business
within
B2B markets
.
Strong experience in digital marketing and brand awareness, including social media, SEO, email campaigns, and content creation. Familiar with HubSpot CRM.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with a strong ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
Fluency in English
is required (other languages, such as Spanish, Arabic, or Portuguese, are a plus).
