Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead lead generation and brand building for our PH Sales team. This critical role requires a minimum of 3 years of B2B marketing experience and strong skills in event organization, content management, and production, utilizing tools like HubSpot, WordPress, and Canva. Join us in a primarily onsite capacity with opportunities for travel to support events, and ideally bring experience from the Technology, Fin-Tech, or AI industry.

Responsibilities

Trade Shows & Event Execution

Ensure events align with brand positioning and maximize marketing impact.
Plan and execute trade shows and marketing events, including booth design, collateral preparation, onsite execution, and post-event follow-ups.

LinkedIn Content Creation & Management

Create, edit, and publish engaging LinkedIn posts (articles, visuals, videos) to build brand presence and generate leads.

SEO & Website Management

Build and optimize the company website to increase search rankings and organic traffic.
Conduct keyword research and content planning to enhance website structure and UX.

HubSpot Leads Data Analysis

Utilize HubSpot to track and analyze lead data, optimize conversion funnels, and provide actionable reports for the sales team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or international markets.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and CMS website management.
Hands-on experience in planning and executing trade shows.
Excellent aesthetic sense with strong visual branding ability.
Skilled in video editing software and proficient in AI-powered content creation (images & videos).
Experience with LinkedIn marketing and HubSpot CRM.
