You’ll help shape how ADVANCE®AI communicates with the world, supporting product launches, campaigns, and business development activity while building scalable marketing foundations. This isn’t about ticking the boxes on the fundamentals of Marketing — it’s about enabling business development through content, campaigns, and tools, owning and driving our Brand and making things happen within a startup environment.

You will wear multiple ‘hats’ in playing a pivotal role in our growing organisation:

• Project Lead for Launches & Events
• You will be our dedicated Events co-ordinator; Plan and deliver marketing activity for product launches and events — coordinating timelines, materials, communications, and stakeholders from start to finish.
• Creative Producer
• You will be our Creative Mind; Create, refine, and manage marketing assets including sales collateral, RFP content, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Content & Campaign Owner
• You will be our Content owner; Drive engaging content across social, digital, email, and PR — keeping messages consistent, relevant, and impactful.
• Communications Coordinator
• You will be our Communications expert; Support external communications such as press releases, announcements, and media outreach.
• Brand Guardian
• You will be our Brand Ambassador; Ensure the ADVANCE®AI brand is represented clearly and consistently across everything we produce.
• Performance & Insight Tracker
• You will be our Performance Critic; Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and help assess what’s working — and what we should do next.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re less interested in how many years you’ve worked in marketing and more interested in how you think and how you work. You’re organised, curious, creative, and constantly asking “what if?” and “what’s next?”

You’ll likely bring:

• Experience delivering hands-on marketing across multiple channels
• Strong organisation and project coordination skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication
• A practical, problem-solving mindset — comfortable working with limited budgets
• Confidence using tools like Canva, video editing platforms, and Microsoft Office
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup environment where a willingness to experiment matters
• A creative eye (graphic design experience is a plus, but not essential)
