About Hivebotics
Hivebotics is a Singapore-based robotics company building intelligent automation solutions for industry. We are a fast-growing startup working at the intersection of hardware, software, and sustainability, and we are looking for a sharp, driven Marketing and ESG Manager to grow with us.
The Role
You will own the full marketing function at Hivebotics, from brand and content to sales lead pipeline support, while co-leading our ESG agenda. Working closely with the CEO and Chief Sales Officer, you will shape how Hivebotics shows up in the market across both commercial and sustainability fronts. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically and execute independently.
What You Will Do
Sales Lead Management
• Manage inbound and outbound sales leads, including initial responses and routing to the sales team
• Track and report on the sales lead pipeline with monthly analytics submissions
• Work with the CEO and CSO to develop lead generation strategies in key markets
Marketing Communications
• Own and execute Hivebotics' social media strategy, with KPIs to be defined
• Plan, develop, and manage marketing assets including white papers, videos, and use cases
• Maintain and update the Hivebotics website
• Govern Hivebotics' brand standards globally
• Identify and manage external agencies as needed and when approved
• Develop and enforce Hivebotics' PR policy and guidelines
• Track and report on media coverage
Product Marketing
• Develop product and sales enablement tools such as brochures and pitch materials
• Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence
• Collaborate with the CPO on product positioning and go-to-market
ESG and Stakeholder Relations
• Co-lead Hivebotics' ESG project and initiatives
• Support the CEO and CSO in engagement with government bodies and key industry associations
• Manage the assigned marketing and ESG budget
What We Are Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech, deep tech, or industrials
• Comfortable owning both strategy and execution in a lean team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with brand, content, and digital marketing
• Exposure to ESG reporting or sustainability initiatives is a plus
• Startup mindset: resourceful, proactive, and adaptable
• Singapore-based; Singapore PR/Citizen preferred (EP-eligible candidates welcome to apply)
