About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and communication strategy for NovaMechanics’ software products, including the Isalos Analytics Platform (http://docs.isalos.novamechanics.com/), Asclepios Drug Discovery and related AI, ML, and analytics tools.

The ideal candidate combines marketing expertise with technical literacy, a professional capable of understanding and communicating topics in machine learning, statistics, predictive analytics, and data-driven research.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute a strategic marketing plan for NovaMechanics’ platforms and services.
Create content and campaigns highlighting Isalos’ capabilities in ML, predictive modeling, and zero-code analytics.
Translate technical and scientific concepts (AI, ML, statistics, modeling workflows) into accessible and engaging marketing materials.
Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, LinkedIn) and monitor performance metrics.
Develop case studies, white papers, videos, and webinars focused on Isalos applications in various industries.
Collaborate with internal R&D and business teams to align marketing initiatives with product development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in technology, software, or scientific environments.
Understanding of machine learning, data analytics, and statistical methods (experience with Isalos or similar platforms is a strong advantage).
Excellent command of English with strong writing and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage digital campaigns using tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics dashboards.
Experience with HubSpot, Canva, html, or WordPress is desirable.
Creative mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
