About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and communication strategy for NovaMechanics’ software products, including the Isalos Analytics Platform (http://docs.isalos.novamechanics.com/), Asclepios Drug Discovery and related AI, ML, and analytics tools.

The ideal candidate combines marketing expertise with technical literacy, a professional capable of understanding and communicating topics in machine learning, statistics, predictive analytics, and data-driven research.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a strategic marketing plan for NovaMechanics’ platforms and services.
• Create content and campaigns highlighting Isalos’ capabilities in ML, predictive modeling, and zero-code analytics.
• Translate technical and scientific concepts (AI, ML, statistics, modeling workflows) into accessible and engaging marketing materials.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, LinkedIn) and monitor performance metrics.
• Develop case studies, white papers, videos, and webinars focused on Isalos applications in various industries.
• Collaborate with internal R&D and business teams to align marketing initiatives with product development.
• Coordinate with designers and multimedia specialists to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Represent NovaMechanics at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in technology, software, or scientific environments.
• Understanding of machine learning, data analytics, and statistical methods (experience with Isalos or similar platforms is a strong advantage).
• Excellent command of English with strong writing and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage digital campaigns using tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics dashboards.
• Experience with HubSpot, Canva, html, or WordPress is desirable.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
