Our retail client in the automotive space is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

This is a hybrid role (3 days a week onsite) in Lewisville, TX. Hours per week are expected to be 40, but there may be some weeks at 30-35. This role has the potential to convert to direct-hire, likely at the beginning at 2027.

The Marketing Manager will be dedicated to creating an omnichannel marketing strategy for a newly acquired line of business and working with the marketing team and third-party agency partner on the execution of the approved marketing plan.

Marketing Manager Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience
• B2C experience required
• Experience developing and executing marketing plans
• Strategic mindset with knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels
• Ability to work cross functionally and manage agency partners
• Strong project management skills
• Consumer-focused automotive experience a plus

Marketing Manager Responsibilities

• Create omnichannel marketing strategies for a dedicated line of business
• Implement strategies and work cross collaboratively with teams to execute
• Manage and work with agency partners for paid media
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
