The Marketing Lead will report to the VP– Global Marketing and be responsible for executing Flytxt’s integrated marketing strategy across Corporate and Product Marketing functions for its award-winning Agentic AI platform, Niya-X, and enterprise AI solutions.
This role acts as the execution and orchestration leader, translating strategic direction from the Marketing Leadership into cohesive market narratives, GTM execution, product launches, and enterprise-facing programs. The Marketing Lead will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to ensure Flytxt’s brand, positioning, and GTM motions strengthen market standing and drive strong pipeline.

Qualifications
MBA from a leading business school, combined with 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise technology, product marketing, or GTM leadership roles.
Additional exposure to enterprise AI technology and applications through coursework or professional experience is preferred.
Strong ability to simplify complex technology (AI, ML, automation, platforms) into compelling business narratives.
Experience working closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
Strong storytelling, messaging, and executive communication skills.
