Key Responsibilities

Own the content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and our newsletter.
Produce or brief visual and written assets.
Schedule and publish content reliably.
Run creative experiments (captions, formats, posting times) and act on results.
Lead outreach to press, podcasts and partners when needed.
Keep an organised asset library and simple performance reports.

Experience & skills (essential)

3–8 years in digital marketing / social / growth roles (agency or in-house).
Strong practical knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok content & communities.
Hands-on with content scheduling tools and basic analytics.
Excellent copywriting, use of AI and an eye for social creative briefs.
Comfortable running experiments and learning from data.
Organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.

Behaviours & cultural fit

Hungry and self-starting; moves quickly with good judgement.
Up to date with online trends and short-form storytelling.
Passionate about pets / pet health
Pragmatic: prefers shipping and iterating over polishing forever.

Experience with PR / editorial outreach.
