We work with advanced drones and intelligent software to deliver industrial inspections for sectors such as power, Steel, Renewal Energy, oil & gas, cement and more.

Role Summary

 We are seeking a  dynamic and creative Marketing Professional  to drive brand visibility, generate leads, build digital presence, and support our growth in national and international markets. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, and strong execution skills to elevate Volar Alta’s position in the deep-tech and industrial AI space.

Key Responsibilities

 -

Brand & Digital Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals and expand brand reach.
• Manage and grow our digital presence across channels including website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry platforms.
• Create and implement content calendars for social media and blog posts, highlighting industry insights, product benefits, case studies, and events.
• Use of AI for Marketing Automation.

Lead Generation & Campaign Execution

• Plan and launch lead generation campaigns (search, social, email) targeting industrial buyers and partners.
• Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.

Content & Collateral Creation

• Write and design high-quality marketing content — brochures, newsletters, presentations, case studies, sales support material.

Partnerships & Events

• Support marketing for trade shows, seminars, webinars, and industry meetups.
• Coordinate outreach and co-marketing with strategic partners, industry bodies, and media.

Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain dashboards to report on campaign performance, website traffic, audience growth, and conversions.
• Use insights to recommend improvements and refine marketing plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications -

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within industrial tech, SaaS, robotics, or deep-tech sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating marketing content and managing campaigns end-to-end.
• Creative mindset combined with analytical thinking.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have -

• Experience in marketing technical services or products (AI, robotics, drones).
• Familiarity with CRM / marketing automation platforms (like Zoho CRM )
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
