About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator (or Manager, depending on experience) to plan, execute, and optimize marketing programs that drive engagement and brand awareness in the enterprise software market. This role blends event and digital marketing with product marketing initiatives to support sales growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, conferences, and regional user group meetings. Manage logistics, booth design, promotional materials, and on-site support.
- Webinars & Virtual Events: Schedule, promote, and host webinars in collaboration with subject matter experts. Track attendance metrics and post-event follow-ups.
- Website & SEO Management: Update website content regularly, monitor performance, and implement SEO strategies to improve ranking and visibility in key markets.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Research industry trends, monitor competitor offerings, and prepare insights to help refine product marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise software environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms (SEO tools, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, CMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating events or working across global markets is an asset.
- Ability to travel internationally (up to 10%).
