. Our team is now looking for a dynamic
Marketing & Communication Assistant
to work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer and support the execution of multiple marketing tasks and projects.
Role Description
Now that blueOASIS is scaling its presence and activity with Hydrotwin sales worldwide, we need to execute our marketing and communications with consistency, speed and quality across every touchpoint — website, social media, events and partnerships. You will be instrumental in coordinating and delivering day-to-day marketing & communications activities, keeping our brand sharp and aligned with our strategy and brand guidelines. You will work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer and support the execution of multiple marketing tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
Prepare, schedule and publish social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, X and YouTube), including copywriting, design assets and coordination of approvals.
Support the preparation and logistical coordination of events (conferences, fairs, talks and activations), from planning to on-site execution.
Help maintaining the website.
Ensure all physical and digital touchpoints follow the brand strategy and brand guidelines.
Expertise Needed
Solid design skills and ability to execute visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
Hands-on experience with Figma and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Strong writing and editing skills (clear, persuasive, detail-oriented) and confidence communicating with different stakeholders.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once, with good organisation and deadline discipline.
Pro-active, responsible and communicative.
Comfortable being a right-hand profile: high responsibility, high ownership, and trusted to execute.
Experience with project management tools like Clickup, Astana, Wrike.
Added Value
(any of these skills is a plus)
Video editing skills (e.g., Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, After Effects).
Photography/videography skills with a good eye for storytelling.
Experience updating websites/CMS and basic SEO understanding.
Past event experience and/or partnership management experience.
A strong communicator.
General Conditions
Work at Torres and/or Ericeira office.
Produce marketing materials as needed (presentations, one-pagers, templates, simple campaign assets), ensuring brand consistency.
Manage and execute strategic partnerships.
Take ownership of selected marketing projects from start to finish, including planning, coordinating, delivering, and reporting progress to the CMO.
Travel when needed to support events, partnerships and brand activations.
Collect and organise photo and video materials (events, field activities, partnerships and key moments), ensuring assets are stored and usable.
4 days minimum per week in the office.
Some flexibility with temporary remote work.
40h work week.
1 year contract with trial period. Renewed upon good performance.
23 days of vacation.
Flexible vacation earning scheme. Possibility to earn up to 35 days of vacation in total.
Salary range depending on experience (1750€ up to 2500€ gross per month, 14 salaries per year included).
