We are a hands-on, engineering-first team and are now looking for someone who can take our technology to the market.
The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing & Business Development Engineer — someone who understands technology , enjoys customer conversations , and can help us build markets, not just presentations .
You’ll work directly with founders and the core engineering team , owning everything from lead generation to pilots, partnerships, and early revenue.
What You’ll Do
· Own revenue generation from Raptor Aero’s existing UAV platforms, avionics and software product portfolio
· Identify near-term customers and convert existing products into paid pilots, PoCs, and repeat orders
· Build and manage a sales pipeline — from first conversation to closure
· Drive pricing, commercial discussions, and proposal closures with customers
· Work closely with founders to define revenue targets and monthly/quarterly sales plans
· Upsell and cross-sell within existing customer accounts
· Develop partnerships and channels that directly contribute to revenue , not just visibility
· Represent Raptor in customer demos, negotiations, and industry meetings
· Feed customer and revenue insights back into product roadmap and prioritisation
