At Klue , We’re Building the Future of Competitive Intelligence The Marketing Team is Hiring 👋 As a Marketing Automation Manager , you’ll operate at the intersection of marketing automation and data architecture, AI-powered go-to-market strategy, and revenue attribution. You’ll leverage HubSpot, Zapier, n8n, Claude, and cutting-edge AI tooling to build workflows and data pipelines that transform raw GTM signals into automated, actionable outcomes.
Your Mission? To build and operate the data and automation foundation our marketing and SDR team runs on, clean data, strong attribution, a scalable data architecture, and AI-powered workflows that make every marketer more effective. You’ll champion data quality, partner with Revenue Ops and Engineering, and help shape how Klue’s go-to-market engine delivers value. When marketers and SDRs succeed because of your work, this role succeeds too.
What’s In It for You? You’ll work hands-on across the full GTM stack, building AI-powered automations and data infrastructure that directly impact pipeline generation and revenue growth. You’ll develop deep expertise in HubSpot, AI automation, attribution, and data engineering, becoming highly skilled in the methods and design patterns that make intelligent GTM systems effective in real-world applications.
You’ll see a direct impact on marketer and SDR effectiveness while strengthening your ability to translate complex GTM problems into elegant automated solutions. Working closely with Demand Generation, Revenue Ops, and SDR leadership, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping how Klue’s GTM engine delivers value at scale.
As you excel, you’ll gain opportunities for expanded ownership and growth, including a path to Senior Marketing Automation Manager after demonstrating strong ownership and measurable business impact.
