Position Overview The Market Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all leasing and marketing activities for their assigned site(s) as well as managing operations of the Centralized Leasing Office (CLO) and its part-time staff. This position requires a strong leader who can balance day-to-day on-site leasing responsibilities while also supervising a centralized leasing hub that supports multiple communities. The manager will oversee lease administration, create and implement marketing strategies, manage daily office operations, and lead the leasing team.
