Figure is an AI Robotics company developing a general purpose humanoid. Our humanoid robot, Figure 02, is designed for commercial tasks and the home. We are based in San Jose, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. It’s time to build.
We are looking for a Manufacturing Test Engineer to own PCBA-level test development and validation across all our custom electronics. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and validating ICT (In-Circuit Test), FCT (Functional Circuit Test), and end-of-line diagnostics for our board builds — from prototype through mass production.
This role is highly hands-on and requires regular travel to overseas contract manufacturers (CMs). You will work closely with electrical engineering, firmware, and manufacturing teams to ensure all test systems are robust, scalable, and capable of identifying issues before boards ever reach final assembly.
