Job Description
Cold Plate Manufacturing & Process Engineering
- Design, establish, and industrialize mass production processes for cold plates
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for CPU/GPU cold plates
- Design and optimize metal machining processes such as CNC and milling
- Define process sequences for implementing microchannel structures
- Develop bonding and sealing processes and resolve leakage and quality issues
- Analyze manufacturing defects, implement root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Improve process efficiency and overall production productivity
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience managing manufacturing, process, or technology development projects as a Project Manager (PM)
- Fundamental understanding of metal machining and manufacturing processes
- Proven experience managing schedules, risks, and issues while driving projects to completion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with products such as cold plates, thermal management components, or heat dissipation hardware
- Experience with joining processes such as bonding, brazing, and sealing
- Experience with process FMEA or mass production ramp-up / transfer to manufacturing
- Certification or practical experience in statistical process control (SPC) or Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt)
- Experience in data-driven process analysis and quality improvement
- End-to-end experience across the full product lifecycle, from prototyping through mass production

- CNC, 밀링 등 금속 가공 공정 설계 및 최적화
- Micro-channel 구조 구현을 위한 공정 시퀀스 정의
- 본딩
·실링 공정 개발 및 품질 이슈 개선
- 제조 불량 원인 분석 및 재발 방지 활동
- 공정 효율 개선 및 생산성 향상 활동

자격요건
- 제조
·공정·기술 프로젝트 PM경력 5년 이상
- 기계,금속,재료,전기·전자 등 관련 전공 학사 이상
- 금속가공 및 제조공정에 대한 기본적인 이해
- 일정, 리스크, 이슈를 관리하며 프로젝트를 수행한 경험이 있는 자
우대사항
- 콜드플레이트, 방열부품 등 제품 경험
- 접합 공정 경험
- 공정 FMEA 또는 양산 전환 경험
- 식스시그마 등 통계적 공정 관리 자격 또는 활용 경험
- 시제품부터 양산까지 전 과정을 경험해 본 자
전형절차
- 서류전형(~3/31) → 1차 면접(실무진)(~4/10) → 2차 면접(임원)(~4/30) → 입사(5월 중)
