Overview:

Seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to support manufacturing operations, process improvements, and production efficiency initiatives within a regulated environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
• Experience with process optimization and production support
• Knowledge of GMP-regulated manufacturing environments
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Experience with SOPs, CAPA, and change control processes
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily manufacturing operations and process improvements
• Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions
• Develop and revise manufacturing procedures and documentation
• Collaborate with Quality, Validation, and Operations teams
• Participate in equipment qualification and process validation activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP and safety requirements
