The Manufacturing Engineer designs production equipment and plans production facilities (including workflow); conducts studies of methods, cost control, cost reduction, and other engineering/economic concerns; applies approved manufacturing engineering methods to improve performance, reduce waste and delays, and promote cost reduction and efficiency. He or she also performs other duties as assigned.

What Do You Need? To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

• Bachelors of Engineering degree in manufacturing, mechanical, or related field.
• Engineer II- 2-4 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Engineer III-5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of heavy machinery manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge or experience with tool and/or equipment design and drafting using Solid Modeling/CAD.
• Have a good work record, including indications of strong self-motivation, high productivity, reliable attendance, attention to quality, ability to learn new skills, and a cordial, cooperative personality.
• Knowledge of TOC, and Lean methods used in manufacturing processes is a plus.

Competitive Salary

• The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $ 78600
• $ 112000 . Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
