Ensure customization designs to the standard products comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements by applying international standards to design, documenting and managing the certification process to qualify designs and implementations with certification bodies.

Prepare technical documentation and reports to support manufacturing process. Ensure informative and updated written documentation related to the product is delivered to internal or external customers.

Supporting troubleshooting for electrical, hardware, and functional automation system issues from both internal and external customers. Providing training, guidance, and clear communication of manufacturing concepts and functionality to internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Ability to work in a team environment by maintaining proper communication and cooperation among cross-functional teams (Product Development, Production, Project team) in organization to ensure every project is done according to objective and schedule.

Periodic review and discussion with cross functional teams or SME to ensure project objective are timely met.

Keep abreast of the latest developments in engineering and technology

Assists in installation, commissioning and site support activities at customer locations to gain hands on exposure to real world automation applications and product behaviour.
