The Managing Director will serve as the
executive leader
, responsible for translating CellClar's vision into tangible, sustainable outcomes. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of strategic planning, financial acumen, and day-to-day operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Stewardship & Fundraising Leadership:
- Lead all fundraising efforts
, including grant applications, securing pre seed/seed/Series A investment, and developing long-term financial sustainability plans.
- Manage
investor relations
, acting as the primary point of contact and communicating progress against business and impact milestones.
- Ensure sound
financial governance
and P&L accountability
Strategic & Operational Management:
- Provide
day-to-day executive oversight
of all functional areas, including platform development, research partnerships, and business development.
- Develop and execute the
3-5 year strategic plan
focused on scaling platform accessibility, user adoption, and social impact metrics.
- Report directly to the Board of Directors, ensuring statutory compliance and adherence to CIC social mission mandates.
