We are looking for a Managing Consultant Data Advisory for one of the top IT Consultancy companies , focusing on optimising customers' core processes and getting the best out of their business and current technologies.

Objectives

As a Managing Consultant in Data Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our customers' core processes. You will leverage your expertise in data analytics, cloud technologies, and project management to provide strategic guidance and leadership in our Data Advisory projects. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will be essential in advising clients' management on their journey to becoming data-driven companies.

What you would do & responsibilities

• You will keep track of trends and current topics in the Data & Analytics market, offer our customers an overview and orientation for these developments and classify the respective significance in a customer-oriented manner.
• You will take the lead in our Data Advisory projects and promote topic development, self-organization and the assumption of responsibility within the team and be the contact person for management.
• You will advise our clients' management on organization-wide issues on their way to becoming data-driven companies, especially in the design of modern data landscapes.
• With your communication skills and tact, you will advise our customers on the initialization and development of their transformation programs in the data & analytics environment and ensure structure and order.
• You will remove obstacles and take over stakeholder management in order to modernize the data and analytics world of our customers together with your team.

Qualification/Certification requirements

• You have extensive practical experience and technical understanding in the implementation and management of data & analytics transformation programs and data platform projects.
• You like to acquire new knowledge about trends, topics, technologies and tools in the Data & Analytics context and transfer this enthusiasm to your environment.
• German fluent language knowledge is a must.
• You have both practically sound methodological skills and excellent communication and organizational skills in the areas of facilitation, mediation, change management and team development.
