As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strategic territory plan for the sale of(CT-Computed Tomography and X-ray) for the use of Non-destructive testing systems to customers in key segments including Aerospace, Defense, Automotive & Electric Vehicles, Additive Manufacturing, Medical Devices and Electronics. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: * Selling product(s) and services including system upgrades, service contracts and inspection services within assigned geographical area. * Developing a pipeline by having a clear understanding of sales processes and stages. * Forecasting of system and service sales to the region director including weekly deal and pipeline reviews. * Managing CRM (Deal Machine) to ensure accuracy of forecast to the business. * Traveling throughout the territory to manage installed base, developing new opportunities and managing customer relationships. * Working with Application Engineers to qualify the opportunity, developing deal strategies and becoming the technical solution of choice for the customer. * Driving deals to closure including quoting, negotiation and OTR (Order to Remittance) handoff. * Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Engineering or business degree preferred). * Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in sales. * Have up to 5 years of experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). * Possess Capital Sales Experience with Deal Values greater than $750,000 USD. * Possess experience in key strategic segments: Aerospace, Electronics, Medical Devices, Automotive/Electric Vehicles. * Have experience with a CRM. * Be able to travel 50%-70% of the time. * Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills. * Ability to manage several sales opportunities simultaneously. Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above.
