About The Role The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategic marketing and business development efforts at a retail property to drive revenue, enhance the guest experience, and strengthen community and tenant relationships. The role involves developing and executing marketing plans, managing digital and traditional media, and fostering partnerships with tenants, local organizations, and civic groups. It also includes generating income through sponsorships and media sales, ensuring fiscal accountability, and aligning all initiatives with brand standards and company goals. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results-driven professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
