We are seeking a Manager of Production Scheduling and Execution responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of resources, materials, and production schedules. You will play a critical role in meeting the demands of our rapidly growing ASV manufacturing operations for the DoD. ### - - Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for the manufacturing of autonomous surface vessels, considering factors such as production capacity, material availability, and project timelines - Coordinate with department heads to allocate human resources, equipment, and facilities effectively to meet production targets while optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime - Collaborate with the Material Planning Team to forecast material requirements based on production schedules and coordinate timely procurement to ensure uninterrupted production flow - Act as a central point of contact between various departments involved in the production process, including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of production plans - Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement within the production and supply chain operations, implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives - Monitor production progress against schedules, identify deviations or bottlenecks, and proactively implement corrective actions. Prepare regular reports on production performance, key metrics, and KPIs for management review ### - - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
