At NASCAR, you will find a community of passionate individuals who care about our sport and are united in seeing it grow. The Manager, Marketing Operations is responsible for scaling and operationalizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, enabling data-driven engagement strategies that acquire, retain, and grow NASCAR's fan base. This individual will serve as a technical marketing expert, driving best practices in campaign execution, orchestration, and optimization across lifecycle marketing and CRM initiatives. The Manager will partner closely with business stakeholders and campaign strategists to bring marketing programs to life, supporting initiatives that drive ticket sales, increase digital product engagement, and boost race tune-in.
