About the Role
The Manager - Learning & Enablement leads the execution and scale of Daybreak's learning ecosystem across customers, employees, partners, and external practitioners. This is a high-impact role focused on delivery excellence, operational rigor, and learner experience—ensuring consistent, high-quality enablement that drives successful customer go-lives, accelerates adoption, and delivers long-term value.
You will partner closely with Product, Delivery, Customer Success, and internal subject-matter experts to operationalise learning at scale while maintaining an exceptional experience bar. This role is critical to

Key Responsibilities
Customer Enablement & Go-Live Readiness
Design and execute customer product training programs that ensure confident, successful go-lives
Lead train-the-trainer and end-user enablement experiences with consistency and quality
Own preparation timelines, training materials, and LMS configuration for customer engagements
Drive product release enablement to reinforce platform changes post-go-live
Establish repeatable frameworks that scale across growing customer volume
Employee Learning & Development
Own and execute internal learning programs including monthly mastery sessions, LMS micro-courses,
quarterly hands-on workshops, and SME-led initiatives
Design and maintain role-based learning paths aligned to skills matrices and career progression
Support onboarding, new-manager enablement, and promotion readiness programs
Drive learning KPI tracking and continuous improvement based on feedback and data
Instructional Design & Content Creation
Design and build learning experiences across multiple formats: self-paced courses, live sessions,
workshops, job aids, and playbooks
Create and maintain content using modern tools (video, interactive modules, documentation)
Ensure all learning assets meet established design standards and experience quality bars
LMS Operations & Learning Infrastructure
Manage end-to-end LMS operations: course setup, assignments, learner tracking, and user management
across all audiences
Own reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking to measure learning effectiveness
Drive continuous improvement of the learner experience and platform capabilities
Partner & Practitioner Enablement
Lead partner enablement initiatives including product training and best-practice programs
Support practitioner content partnerships and monetizable learning offerings
Operationalize external learning delivery and learner coordination
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with Product and Delivery teams to align enablement with release cycles and implementation
timelines
Coordinate with SMEs to capture knowledge and deliver expert-led content
Build scalable handoffs and processes between strategy, design, and execution
Must Have
8-10 years of experience in learning & development, enablement, customer education, or a related field
Proven track record designing and delivering customer-facing training programs at scale
Deep experience with LMS administration, including course management, reporting, and multi-audience
learner operations
Strong instructional design skills across multiple formats (e-learning, live facilitation, blended learning)
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs with competing priorities
Excellent project management and organizational skills in fast-paced environments
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Delivery teams
Strong communication and facilitation skills (virtual and in-person)
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven environments
Familiarity with product implementation cycles, go-live processes, or customer delivery workflows
Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as Synthesia, Camtasia, Articulate, or similar
platforms
Background in building or scaling enablement functions from the ground up
Experience with partner or channel enablement programs
Exposure to practitioner communities, external content partnerships, or monetized learning offerings
Data-driven mindset with experience using learning analytics to drive program improvements
