For this position, unfortunately we do not provide relocation, therefore we are looking for candidates living in The Netherlands. What You Do

• Lead client engagements focused on financial and insurance risk, including Solvency II, asset & liability management, and financial risk reporting
• Advise senior stakeholders on regulatory developments, risk governance, and strategic transformation within financial institutions
• Help clients future-proof their risk and reporting frameworks by aligning them with evolving standards and best practices

What You Bring

• Around 5 years of experience (but don’t hesitate to apply if you have a bit less) in financial or insurance risk management, consultancy, or regulatory advisory
• Strong understanding of Solvency II, financial risk processes, and the interaction between assets and liabilities
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to steer complex, multi-stakeholder programs
• Solid grasp of data and analytics processes, able to bridge technical insights with business and strategic decisions
• Experience advising senior stakeholders in banks or insurers, with strong commercial acumen and a relevant network
• A strategic mindset, excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, and a relevant MSc degree
