Position Summary
The Manager of Commercial Operations will help scale Karius’ commercial organization by building and optimizing processes, systems, and data infrastructure that improve performance and enable cross-functional execution. This role serves as a strategic and operational partner to Sales Leadership, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Lab/Operations teams by translating business needs into actionable insights, scalable workflows, and governed execution across the commercial lifecycle. This role will own the operating rhythm for key commercial processes (pipeline hygiene, forecasting, deal support, reporting, and data governance), ensuring high-quality outputs that are stakeholder-ready and drive measurable impact.
