Role Description

As Manager, Agentic Projects , you will sit at the center of MindHYVE.ai’s execution engine.

This is not a traditional project management role .

Your mission is to translate complex product and technical requirements into predictable, high-quality releases across multiple agentic AI platforms. You will own delivery from planning through deployment — ensuring that engineering, QA, cloud, and product teams operate in lockstep.

This role is ideal for an execution-focused leader who thrives in structured, high-accountability environments and understands how modern AI platforms are actually shipped.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Intake & Planning

Receive functional requirements from Product Manager or CTO.
Convert requirements into actionable task structures in ClickUp.
Define priorities, timelines, dependencies, and sprint plans.
Ensure all tasks have clear acceptance criteria and environment expectations.

2. Cross-Team Coordination

Coordinate daily with engineering, QA, product, cloud, and SMEs.
Ensure developers adhere to daily commit + push protocols .
Maintain alignment across US, Pakistan, Africa, and remote engineering teams.
Conduct RACI-based communication for clarity in ownership and accountability.

3. Execution Oversight

Track progress of all assigned tasks in ClickUp.
Identify bottlenecks early and resolve blockers proactively.
Maintain continuous communication with engineers for status, risks, and alignment.
Ensure adherence to MindHYVE’s agentic development principles : clarity, discipline, and predictable execution.

4. QA Governance & Release Management

You will directly enforce MindHYVE’s unified QA Governance model:

Assign features to agentic usability testers.
Verify testing is performed according to SOPs (evidence, reporting, blockers).
Validate test results and ensure regression retesting flows correctly.
Ensure approvals for environment progression:
Dev → Staging: PM/QA Lead + CTO
Staging → UAT: PM/QA Lead + CTO
UAT → Prod: CTO + SME/Domain Expert

5. Deployment & Environment Workflow

Manage CI/CD progression with engineering leads.
Maintain strict governance preventing unauthorized pushes.
Ensure environment readiness, including staging stability before testing.
Support VNet/VPN-based access requirements across environments.

6. Reporting & Documentation

Provide daily status updates, risk logs, and blocker summaries.
Maintain documentation for:
Release notes
Deployment notes
Testing compliance
Product change logs
Communicate progress to senior leadership (VP Ops, CTO, CEO).

7. Support & Maintenance

Manage post-production follow-ups.
Coordinate hotfixes using proper environment flow.
Ensure escalation paths are followed for high-severity issues.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in software project or program management
Strong understanding of SDLC, QA workflows, and staged deployments
Experience working with distributed engineering and QA teams
Hands-on experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, or similar)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
Strong communication, ownership, and accountability mindset

Nice to Have

Experience working on AI-driven, SaaS, EdTech, or HealthTech platforms
Understanding of RACI governance models
Familiarity with AI/LLM-based products and platform workflows
