Role Description
This is a part-time, unpaid, remote Management Intern position. The intern will assist the co-founders directly in the development and execution of business strategies, support market research and commercialization projects, talent acquisition, help streamline processes for startups, and more. Key responsibilities include conducting research, facilitating project management tasks, drafting reports and presentations, and collaborating with the team to support entrepreneurial initiatives. The intern will gain exposure to high-impact scientific startups and learn valuable skills in management and business strategy.
After the completion of the internship, the candidate may be offered a position as an employee at Control Group.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and synthesize data efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in drafting reports and presentations
- Project management and organization skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Understanding or interest in entrepreneurship, business strategy, VC, and market analysis
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset, with a strong ability to work independently in a remote environment
- An undergraduate or recently graduated student of a US university or college.
