HS Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.
Meets one of the following:
Possess an Ohio Electrical Contractor's License through the Ohio Construction Industry Licensing Board (OCILB).
Possess an Electrical Journeyman's License from a union or third-party organization.
Documented 8 years of commercial or industrial electrician experience.
4 years of documented commercial or industrial electrician experience.
Possess a current, valid Driver's License.
Ability to read and utilize blueprints.
Solid problem-solving skills, and able to use sound judgment.
Good interpersonal skills.
Basic personal computer skills.
Basic math skills.
Ability to follow directions.
Ability to work independently/with minimal supervision, or as part of a team.
Willing and able to adjust from the standard work schedule as needed for operational coverage, including days that are not normally worked, and at locations not normally assigned.
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
