We are seeking a creative and driven Machine Learning Engineer to help develop, deploy, and communicate our AI innovations. This position will work of collaborative projects with academia.

Job Description :

Design, develop and implement machine learning (ML) algorithms for large-scale genomics, transcriptomics, or multi-omics datasets.
Design, prototype, and optimize ML algorithms for computational biology and drug discovery applications.
Integrate classical and quantum computational approaches to improve predictive modeling and data analysis.
Ability to build and maintain research partnerships with academic institutions on joint initiatives.
Build and maintain reproducible data pipelines, computational tools, and software frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate computational insights into actionable biological strategies.
Generate technical documentation, reports, and publications to communicate findings.
Ability to handle client custom requests to develop or modify existing software solutions.

Requirements :

Bachelor or Master’s in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Physics, Data Science, or degree in a related field with 2-3 years of experience.
