We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with a passion for audio, a strong track record of training and deploying models, and the drive to create real-world impact—beyond just papers and benchmarks. Join a small, focused team building the core algorithms behind our products, where you'll take full ownership of the machine learning lifecycle.

Tasks

• Model Development & Deployment: Design, train, evaluate, optimize, and deploy deep learning models for speech enhancement—and more. Our work spans both lightweight models for edge devices and high-performance models for the cloud.
• Data-Centric Development: Build, curate, and refine training datasets and simulation pipelines. Develop robust evaluation frameworks to drive model performance.
• MLOps & Tooling: Help us continuously improve our internal tools, pipelines, and infrastructure to accelerate iteration and ensure reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and iterating on custom deep learning models, ideally in a startup or product-centric environment.
• Strong expertise in audio and speech processing; you understand the quirks, challenges, and beauty of sound.
• Experience with sequence-to-sequence and generative models.
• Expert-level proficiency with PyTorch and its ecosystem.
• Familiarity with cloud-based training setups, experiment tracking tools, and modern development practices; you write clean, modular, production-ready code.
