🧭 What You’ll Do

As a Logistics Technician , you will support the day-to-day execution of logistics activities, ensuring materials are properly prepared, tracked, and delivered on time. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and packing outbound shipments (national and international).
• Creating transport orders in the ERP system.
• Booking shipments with courier and freight companies and generating AWBs / shipping labels.
• Coordinating with customs clearance agents to support smooth import/export processes.
• Liaising with suppliers and sharing shipping documentation when logistics are managed by iPronics.
• Tracking shipment status (imports, exports, and crosstrade shipments) and escalating delays when needed.
• Acting as a point of contact for suppliers regarding ETDs, ETAs, and inbound shipments.
• Receiving incoming materials from couriers, checking deliveries, and registering items in iPronics’ inventory system.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Education

• Vocational Training (FP) in International Trade, or Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or similar.

Experience

• 1-2 years in Logistics and purchase.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of international trade and logistics concepts (Incoterms, transport options, import/export processes).
• Ability to safely and efficiently pack and unpack shipments.
• Able to negociate prices
• English level: B2 .

Soft Skills

• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a team and handling deadlines in a dynamic environment.
