Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator. The role involves managing supply chain operations, overseeing inventory, and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery. The individual will also liaise with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure efficient communication and resolve logistical challenges. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing supply chain performance, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing workflows to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and provide excellent support.
• Proficient in operations management and inventory management to oversee and optimize supply chain processes.
• Highly developed analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in the health, biotechnology, or genomics industry is an advantage but not required.
