A typical day as a Project Associate at BTHT

• 🧠 Understanding the client's project scope, timeline, and objectives;
• 📞 Sourcing, vetting, and onboarding relevant senior life sciences and healthcare experts from around the world;
• 📆 Communicating between clients and experts, setting up and monitoring consultations;
• 💻 Update our IT systems for internal processes and communicate with your team;
• 🚀 Contribute to the development and positive brand image of the company 💚

Qualifications

• 🗣Fluency in both written and spoken English
• 🎙Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information diplomatically
• 🚨Ability to operate well in fast-paced environments, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently
• 🧬Prior experience in the life sciences, healthcare, consulting, or HR/recruitment sectors is a plus
