PREREQUISITE - Engineering degree, but want to work in Growth/Marketing
As our Growth Engineer – Automation, you’ll build the internal engine that makes Conveo scale. This is not “Zapier admin.” This is a builder role for someone who can combine: code + no-code; tooling + data; automation + ops thinking; Your output is leverage: systems that eliminate busywork and unlock faster growth
This includes things like: Automations across tools (n8n, Clay, Zapier, Intercom, HubSpot, Heyreach, Cal.com, etc.); Routing + enrichment + lifecycle flows; Dashboards and reporting automation; Tooling that makes marketing and GTM faster
Strong automation + systems mindset
Data engineering instincts
Comfortable across code (can be vibe-coding with Lovable etc. but strong preference for an engineering background) and no-code
Experience in high-growth startups where everything is messy
Great debugging instincts
High ownership and speed
Ability to ship small internal tools

What the job involves
Automate the marketing + GTM machine: inbound routing; enrichment and segmentation; lifecycle triggers; lead/contact/company syncing; outreach workflows; scheduling + reminders; data hygiene
Build systems that don’t break: clean logic; monitoring; documentation; reliability; scalability
Increase speed and output across teams.; You remove friction from: marketing ops; sales ops; CS ops; growth initiatives
Own the “how we scale” layer. You constantly ask: What are we doing manually that shouldn’t exist? What can be systematized? What breaks at 10x volume?
