RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide commercially sensible and cost-effective legal advice on client and vendor contracts.
• Reviewing and preparing Contracts, templates, and other documents;
• Reviewing documents and supporting for Tenders;
• Preparing required documents and legal agreements for all Licensing, Corporate issues; Working and filing dossiers with the competent authorities, including relevant health authorities and health-related agencies, and assisting with other tasks as needed;
• Handling related matters of Lab operations and compliance;
• Support for Compliance issues (company health check, procedure);
• Support for Risk Management issues;
• Providing Legal Advice for business partners.
• Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in law.
• From 2-3 years of experience, experience in Lab/Healthcare/Pharma and working with competent authorities, including relevant health authorities and health-related agencies is an advantage;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, and Excel;
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking, Analytical, and problem-solving skills.
