Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to clients, building trusted relationships and identifying high-value opportunities for scaling the use of Legora.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to manage client relationships, from running pilots to onboarding new users and guiding full-firm adoption.
• Serve as the voice of the user within Legora, providing insights that inform product development and strategic direction.
• Deliver engaging product demos and training sessions to showcase the platform's capabilities.
• Document best practices and contribute to the development of scalable playbooks for global growth.
• Assist clients in navigating the impact of AI on the legal business, including evaluating ROI and mapping effects on various practice areas.

Qualifications

• Background in law, with experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team.
• Tech-curious and product-savvy, with a passion for navigating technical conversations related to generative AI and technology implementation.
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts across diverse stakeholders, including lawyers and engineers.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in evaluating and improving processes through new and emerging technologies.
• Proactive, self-directed, and adept at managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Commitment to quality without getting stuck in perfectionism; focused on getting things done and improving over time.
