At Voice AI, we’re reimagining how law firms handle client communication and intake. Our AI-powered voice agents answer calls, capture case details, qualify leads, and schedule consultations, freeing attorneys to focus on practicing law instead of managing admin tasks.

We’re looking for a Legal AI & Client Communications Expert who understands the day-to-day operations of legal practices and can demonstrate the value of automation to busy attorneys.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a trusted advisor to law firms adopting AI for intake and client communication.
• Lead discovery sessions and deliver demos tailored to legal workflows and scenarios.
• Guide solo and small-to-midsize firms on how automation improves efficiency and growth.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to create legal-specific messaging and features.
• Provide feedback from real-world firm interactions to improve positioning, integrations, and overall user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in the legal field (attorney, paralegal, intake specialist, or legal tech experience).
• Excellent communication and consultative skills; client-facing experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with practice management tools such as Clio, MyCase, or Lawmatics.
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical solutions in a clear, accessible way.
• Self-starter mindset, comfortable working across teams in a dynamic startup environment.
