As a Ketryx Lead Solutions Engineer, you will play a dual role: directly supporting our large accounts through hands-on technical engagement while also building, mentoring, and leading a growing Solutions Engineering team. This position will be based in our Cambridge, MA office. Responsibilities include leading by example as a hands-on Solutions Engineer for large accounts, running tailored demos, technical deep-dives, and proof-of-concepts; managing and mentoring a growing Solutions Engineering team; developing scalable processes for team growth, onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing; collaborating with sales teams to understand client needs and craft solution proposals emphasizing key value propositions; crafting compelling technical narratives and solution architectures aligned with customer pain points and regulatory expectations; serving as a subject matter expert on Application Lifecycle Management in regulated environments; helping define KPIs for SE team performance and customer engagement; and staying informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving regulatory standards. Required skills include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, technical support, sales engineering, or related; prior experience managing or mentoring team members; strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management, DevOps practices, and software development in regulated environments; excellent presentation and communication skills; experience with various DevTools; familiarity with life sciences regulations and software validation requirements; and willingness to travel. Preferred skills include experience scaling SE teams or working in a high-growth startup environment; comfort working cross-functionally in fast-paced settings; prior experience in technical product software, especially in the life sciences space; exceptional organizational and time-management skills; and previous startup experience.
