MISSION: Design cutting-edge Fintech AI solutions for HyperVerge's largest customers

HyperVerge is a deep tech AI company that provides identity verification solutions for companies in the BFSI, Crypto, Ed-tech, Telecom etc spaces. Our home grown AI powers large enterprises like Jio, SBI, Bajaj Finserv, etc, and startups like Cred, MPL, MoneyTap, ZestMoney, Kissht, etc. Our system has powered 750 million+ AI based automated ID checks so far. Our market leading Face Recognition AI technology is ranked among the top few globally and certified by the top standards like NIST and IBeta.

As part of our rapid global growth plan, we are looking for a passionate and versatile Lead Solutions Architect to work directly with our largest and most strategic customers - from the fastest growing Fintech startups, to more traditional Financial Institutions - to develop technical solutions which enable them to grow their businesses. In the past year, this high-impact, mission-critical team has integrated large accounts such as Jio, Vodafone, Bajaj Finance and Xiaomi.

As a Solutions Architect, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers are deriving the promised business value using our products by delivering optimal integrations. You will also act as the voice of your customers internally at HyperVerge to align product strategy with customer needs.

OUTCOMES EXPECTED - FIRST YEAR

1. Develop a deep understanding of HyperVerge Technology and Products within the first month
2. Handle 2-4 critical integrations within the first 6 months
3. Ensure the members of the geography are achieving their targets

RESPONSIBILITIES

Voice of the Customer

1. Use first-hand customer knowledge to impact product strategy, working with all parts of HyperVerge to ensure its offerings continue to satisfy its largest and most strategic users' needs

Integration and Delivery

1. Work closely with our integration engineers to configure client workflows.
2. Utilize technical acumen to drive high-quality integrations while accelerating time-to-go-live - Provide technical leadership and guidance to our users while they are building their HyperVerge integrations. Be the single technical point of contact for our customers and act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner
3. Design technical content (sample code, demos, etc.) to show customers how to implement specific use cases or best practices
4. Design POCs to ensure that the products meet the client's requirements

Solution Design and Technology Adoption

1. Become an expert on HyperVerge's APIs/SDKs and how to best deploy them
2. To understand business objectives and translate requirements into solutions
3. Own and drive relationships with external technical audiences of all kinds — from engineer to CTO
4. Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
5. Work hand-in-hand with HyperVerge's Sales team to develop proof of concept applications, present technical demonstrations, and help customers make the most of HyperVerge products
6. Discover new problems which the customer has and increase adoption of HyperVerge technology wherever applicable

Team Growth

1. Support hiring A players
2. Own the target for a geography/pod and ensure all team members are able to achieve their individual targets

Product and Process improvement

1. Build processes for the solutions team. Identify and automate repetitive tasks to ensure faster go live timelines for clients.
2. Work closely with the product and engineering team to improve our offerings.

Personal and Team Competence Building

1. Focus on personal competence building across all stages of customer success. Constantly learning better ways to understand problems, manage situations, build trust and deeper relationship and help clients derive value out of the product
2. Sharpen your communication skills to understand the requirements of a client and resolve difference in opinion
3. Maintain composure through tough situations faced during the course of the interaction with the client
4. Share and build a best-practises knowledge base
5. Learn to build relationships with the client where they feel comfortable to discuss all problems and issues openly

REQUIREMENTS

1. An ideal candidate is a hands-on and results-oriented person with strong communication and problem-solving skills
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
3. Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs and their integration
4. Proficient in Programming and comfortable with Java and the Android Platform. Can quickly pick up new languages
5. Comfortable with international and domestic travel
6. Have experience with building products and interacting with clients
7. Should be able to engage with the customer in a technical discussion to understand the issues the customers are facing and provide solutions
8. Should have experience with mentoring juniors
9. Good to have:

• Product thinking to resolve the customer pain points
• Prior experience with Machine Learning or Deep Learning
